Yoga, Massage and Sound Therapy
Group Sessions of Sound Therapy are an incredible experience.
In Gongbaths and Soundbaths you can just lay down and relax, or decide to add an element of reflection to your experience through the BAST method.
Drum Circles and Rhythm of Life Sessions are a lot more active and help with releasing stress through movement and the power of getting entrained to rhythm together with others.
During Soundscapes you’ll have the chance to play instruments such as Himalayan bowls, Gongs and Crystal Bowls to create a sonic landscape in cooperation with other people (max 15).
